  • You will be informed as appropriate of the progress and outcome of the investigation, while maintaining confidentiality.


6. Anonymous Reports

  • Anonymous reports are permitted, but providing a name helps us investigate more effectively.

  • Serious anonymous concerns will still be considered at the discretion of the designated officer.


7. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • If a report uncovers criminal activity, the company may refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
